Suggested Use:  Topically, allspice essential oil can be used to help with stiff or sore muscles, or to warm up the tissue.  Dilute heavily with topical use at a rate of 1-2 drops per ounce of carier oil, lotion, or cream.  Aromatically, allspice offers an uplifting aroma that blends well with woodsy notes, florals, citrus tones, and resins.

History:  It is called allspice because the flavor and aroma resemble a blend of cloves, juniper berries, cinnamon, and pepper. The dried spice is commonly used as a food flavoring in stews, pickles, sauces, and drinks.
