5 Favorite Evergreen Essential Oil Aromas

5 Favorite Evergreen Essential Oil Aromas

Posted by Kathy Sadowski on on Oct 26th 2021

The aroma of evergreen trees has a magical way of bringing up warm memories of good times had in the Winter months and during the holiday season. Their scents remind us of a winter wonderland hike and family traditions.  Their mood is uplifting with a calm grounding connection to nature.

While evergreen aromas are favorite scents to enjoy around the holidays, they can also offer useful benefits:

  • Evergreen essential oils are commonly seen in muscle rub blends for their warming effect.
  • These essential oils have also been used to help clear breathing during stuffy nose season.
  • They can be a great choice in cleaning and deodorizing recipes.

Below is a list of my 5 favorite evergreen essential oil aromas along with a brief description and an easy essential oil diffusing blend to try.

Cedarwood Virginia (Juniperus virginiana)
